Introducing Joychiever's Public Cohort Program
We are thrilled to announce the launch of Joychiever's exclusive cohort program, designed to support the professional growth and development of lawyers and business professionals in law firms. Led by facilitator Tracy LaLonde, this program will offer four distinct cohorts, catering to different needs and experience levels.
Tailored Cohorts for Law Firm Lawyers
Three cohorts will be specifically tailored for law firm lawyers who have been partners for five years or less. These cohorts provide a unique opportunity to discuss the learned concepts in depth, engage in peer discussion and apply best practices in real life.
Specific Cohort for Business Professionals
In addition to lawyer cohorts, we will offer a specialized cohort for business professionals in law firms. This cohort aims to equip these professionals with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to contribute to the success of their firms.
Structured Learning Journey
The cohorts will commence in mid-March, spanning a comprehensive program that spans over eleven months. Each participant will engage in a balanced combination of eLearning modules and interactive learning experiences with fellow cohort members.
Five Months of Learning Labs
For each of the initial five months, participants will consume 30 minutes of engaging eLearning material and attend a 75-minute Learning Lab session, fostering collaboration, peer-to-peer learning and the exchange of best practices.
Quarterly Mastery Meetup Sessions
Building on the foundation laid during the Learning Labs, the cohort will reconvene in months 8 and 11 for immersive Mastery Meetup sessions. These 75-minute sessions provide a platform for participants to refine their newly acquired skills, seek guidance from peers, and continue their growth trajectory.
Skill Assessment and Feedback
Throughout the program, participants will undergo a comprehensive skill assessment three times, enabling them to receive personalized feedback and tailor their learning journey to their specific needs. This iterative approach ensures maximum effectiveness and mastery of key skills.
Time Commitment, Pricing and Schedule
Recognizing the time constraints professionals face, the active participation time for participants over the course of the year is a manageable 13.5 hours. The program has been designed to deliver significant impact while respecting the demands of a busy legal professional.
The price for participating in this exclusive cohort program is $4,500 per person, reflecting the unique and transformative learning experience offered.
The registration period for the cohorts is January 4-February 16, 2024. The anticipated dates for the cohort meetings are:
